Keep the end in sight and in mind. What is your vision for your company? Look where you REALLY want to be with your company, five years down the road. This isn’t just about business, it’s your inspiration. Where do YOU want to be, five years down the road?

What do you want your business to accomplish? Look forward to what income you would like, what your life might feel like if you ran a successful business. What benefits can you reap from your business?

How can you be of service and what contribution can you make in the lives of your customers and your clients? Regardless of whether your business provides a service or a product, you just need to be clear about how your business positions you for success.

What is the one thing you’re most passionate about in your business? Where there is passion, there is success, enthusiasm and confidence. You will be attractive to your customers if you are passionate about your work.

What solutions do you enjoy providing? You give your customers more benefit when you are clear about the solutions you give to people. Delivering the solutions with a passion for the business lets them use your solutions for their own positive efforts.

What is the definition of your different niches of clients? Clearly defined niches don’t limit your customer base – they deepen and broaden your customer pool and make it easier for you to market to them. Defining your niches is as much about the perfect customer in your mind as it is about demographics and characteristics.

Where are you? Has success been a struggle for you? Are you running into roadblocks? Do you have a glass ceiling that you constructed yourself? Are there any beliefs you have about your success that are seeming to get in your way? Become aware of roadblocks and dissolve them.
