A Positive Growth Formula for Working From Home

You’ve all heard the tales of MLM entrepreneurs who make millions. And the stories of the people who have made nothing. Doing business online is just like most businesses – you have to work to make money. Here are some tips to keep you motivated:

Know what you’re seeking to accomplish. If you’re not sure where you’re going with MLM or network marketing, you’ll probably not end up anywhere you would like to be. You need something to shoot for, a target. Be quite specific about what you want to accomplish. Write or type your goals on paper and keep them in front of you. And don’t just put your immediate goals on paper. Look into the future and write down where you want to be financially, ten years down the road. Goals won’t keep you as motivated if they’re only in your head.

Get to work. Now. Don’t spend hours and days organizing and getting everything “just right” or ready. As soon as you have all the information you need from your company, sponsor or upline, use it. Don’t get overly obsessed with each little nit-picking thing. Take a chance and jump in! You won’t make any money just by studying the business. Put that information to good use and start working!

 

Keep your eye on your methods. Follow through on your actions. Check and see what’s working and what’s not. Evaluate the steps you have already taken, and if they’re not working for you, make changes. Don’t be afraid to experiment a little bit. Don’t get stuck going one way just because you think it should work. If it doesn’t work, change it.

Be as flexible as you can be and still be in line with what you think should be done. Change your approach if you need to. Whipping a dead horse is not going to win you any money. You can be as stubborn as you like about keeping your eye on the prize – your dreams – but be adaptable when it comes to methods that aren’t working for you.

Keep on keeping on. There are always going to be roadblocks in your path when you’re working online, whether it’s MLM, network marketing or some other business plan. Everyone hits bumps in the road now and then, so don’t let it get you down. Whether your stumbling blocks are financial, physical or emotional, don’t stop or give up or listen to your friends with “normal” jobs, who think you’re nuts. If you give up, you’ve already failed. Try again, and make your business a success.
